Who We Are and Acceptance

DeepCleanics provides on-site, low-moisture cleaning of sofas, carpets, rugs and mattresses across Delhi NCR, operating from A14 Building, Inderlok, New Delhi 110035.

By requesting a visit, submitting an enquiry, or allowing our crew to carry out work, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services We Offer

We clean upholstery and soft furnishings at your home using low-moisture methods. Our services include:

• Fabric sofa cleaning, priced by sofa size (packages)
• Carpet and rug cleaning, quoted on enquiry by size, material and condition
• Mattress cleaning, quoted on enquiry by size
• Home deep-cleaning, quoted on enquiry

Bookings and Enquiries

You can request a visit or enquire through our on-site form, by WhatsApp, or by phone. A request is treated as confirmed only after we contact you and agree the service details, scope and time. For sofa cleaning you will see an estimated service price based on the sofa size selected before you send a request.

No advance payment is required. Providing accurate contact and address details helps us reach you and serve you on time.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

We offer time slots through the day and will assign the slot you request where it is available. If you need to change your appointment, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer an alternative slot.

We may occasionally need to reschedule due to crew availability, weather or events beyond our control. In that case we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.

Your Responsibilities

To let our crew work safely and efficiently, please help us with the following before the visit.

• Provide safe access to your home and to the items or areas to be cleaned
• Clear the item or area of loose objects, valuables and clutter
• Point out fragile fittings, delicate fabrics or areas of concern in advance
• Arrange reasonable parking access for the crew where possible
• Keep children and pets clear of the work area during cleaning

Pricing and Assessment

Sofa cleaning is priced by package for each sofa size — for example a 2-seater is ₹449, a 3-seater is ₹699 and a 5-seater set is ₹1,199. L-shaped and sectional sofas, and carpet, rug, mattress and home cleaning, are quoted on enquiry. Any applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

The price shown when you request a visit is an estimate based on the details you provide. On arrival, the crew may carry out a short on-site assessment of the actual items, fabric type and condition. If this changes the scope or price, we will explain it and share a revised quote for your approval before any work begins.

Payment Terms

You pay after the service is complete. Payment can be made to the crew by cash, UPI or card. No advance or online prepayment is needed to secure a booking.

Payment is due on completion of the work for the agreed and approved scope.

Warranty and Results

We take pride in our work and aim for a visibly fresher, cleaner result. We use professional methods suited to each fabric, but cleaning outcomes depend on the age, material and condition of the item.

We do not promise that every stain or mark can be fully removed. Old, set-in or permanent stains, pre-existing damage, fabric wear and colour changes may not respond to cleaning. Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Where we are shown to be directly responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence, we will address it fairly and in line with applicable law.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, weak or aged fabric that fails during normal cleaning, colour bleeding inherent to the material, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided to us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Intellectual Property

The DeepCleanics name, logo, website content, text and images belong to DeepCleanics or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
